One system built for you,not a stack of apps

CRM, tasks, orders, inventory, shifts, spreadsheets – each one separate, most with a per-user fee, and you copy data between them by hand. We merge them into one system that follows exactly how you work.

Thanks to AI, writing code now costs a fraction of what it used to. The expensive part is software that does exactly what your business needs and runs reliably. That is our job: we learn how you work, build it and look after it. Development as a subscription – flat monthly price, no commitment, you own the code.

A stack of apps,one system

Many companies pay for several different tools. Each does one part, none knows about the others – and people copy data between them by hand. It makes sense to merge them into one system that follows the way you actually work.

Today

  • CRM and salesPipedrive, HubSpot
  • Projects and tasksAsana, Trello, Monday
  • Orders and B2B portalemails, forms, yet another portal
  • Inventorya separate stock app
  • Time tracking and shiftsanother per-seat subscription
  • Bookings and dispatchcalendars, phone, whiteboard
  • Helpdeska shared inbox or one more tool
  • Spreadsheets as a “database”Excel, Google Sheets, Airtable
  • Quotes and price listsWord, Excel, copy and paste

Several subscriptions, a fee for every user, and data going round in circles via inboxes and spreadsheets.

After

One system built for you

  • One database of customers, jobs and orders
  • Everyone sees what they need – no per-user fees
  • Steps follow each other the way you really work
  • No more retyping between tools

What we don't replace

Accounting, payroll and email or office software stay where they are – the system connects to them (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero).

What the systemcan do

Orders from email

Reads an order from an email or attachment and creates it – no retyping.

Invoices and documents

Reads incoming invoices and delivery notes and pre-fills them for a quick check.

Integrations

Connects to your accounting, online store, bank, carriers and the other tools you keep.

Overviews and alerts

Keeps an eye on deadlines, stock and open jobs and tells you when something needs action.

AI is a tool for us, not the product: it lets us build faster and cheaper than before, and where it makes sense it becomes part of the system.

When itpays off

1

You pay per user in several tools

Five tools times twenty people adds up every month, and grows with every new hire. Your own system has no per-user fee.

2

Your tools don't talk to each other

An order arrives by email, someone retypes it into inventory, then into invoicing, then into a spreadsheet for the boss. Every retype costs time and causes mistakes.

3

Off-the-shelf software can't do your process

It's built for the “average” company, so you work around it with spreadsheets, notes and phone calls. Yet your process is what sets you apart.

And when it doesn't

If an off-the-shelf tool fits you, is cheap and nothing gets retyped around it, keep it. Your own system isn't always cheaper – it pays off where the box starts to get expensive or gets in the way. We'll tell you straight on the call.

How itworks

  1. Step 1

    A 30-minute call

We go through how you work today and what slows you down, then pick the smallest piece that delivers real value – not the whole system at once.

  2. Step 2

First working version in ~3 weeks

We build it and put it in the hands of the people who will use it. No months of analysis and documents up front.

  3. Step 3

    Month by month

Based on what real use shows, we add more parts and integrations. Stop whenever you like – the system and the code stay with you.

What itcosts

Development

$1,900per month of work

Development is charged per month of work. Smaller jobs take only part of a month and cost proportionally less – we agree the scope and price up front. A small app is usually done in a few weeks, a bigger one in 2–3 months. No commitment, month to month.

Running it (optional)

The code and documentation are yours – run it yourself or anywhere you like. If you'd rather not deal with it, we're happy to host and look after it.

Small app (up to 5 users)
$199per month
Standard
$390per month

Included

  • Hosting
  • Backups and restore
  • Round-the-clock uptime monitoring
  • Security updates
  • Response to outages and security incidents
  • Bug fixes (when something doesn't work as agreed)
  • Adjustments when a connected system (accounting, bank) changes its interface

Bug fixes are included in running costs; new features are built as further development (same rate, price agreed up front).

Prices in US dollars, excl. sales tax.

What you get

  • You own the code and documentation from day one
  • No commitment – stop any time
  • First working version in about 3 weeks

Our own products, built and run by us

We don't only build software for clients – we develop, run and support our own products. We look after client systems the same way.

Commonquestions

We don't have a specification. Is that a problem?

Not at all – it's normal. You don't need a spec. Just show us how you work today and what slows you down. On the call we pick the first piece together and refine the details once you see the first version.

How much does custom business software cost?

Development is charged at a flat rate per month of work (see What it costs for the amount). Smaller jobs take only part of a month and cost proportionally less – we agree the scope and price up front. A small app is usually done in a few weeks, a bigger one in 2–3 months. Running it with us is optional and billed monthly.

Our system would be big. Can this work?

Big systems aren't built in one go. We start with the part that saves the most time and add more month by month. You see results quickly and can change priorities at any time.

Code written with AI – what about quality?

AI speeds up the writing, but an experienced developer designs, reviews and is responsible for every change. We build systems to be run and extended for years, not as throwaway prototypes.

Couldn't we just build it ourselves with AI?

Almost anyone can get code written today. The hard part is understanding how a business works, designing something people actually use, connecting it to your other tools and running it reliably for years. That's what you pay for.

Won't we be locked in?

You own the code and documentation from day one and can cancel the subscription at any time. Anyone else – or your own developer – can then take the system further.

What if something breaks?

If we run it for you, we monitor uptime around the clock, respond to outages and security incidents, and fix bugs as part of the running price – a bug means something doesn't work as agreed. New features and changes are built in another month of development.

Can we run it ourselves?

Yes. The code and documentation are yours, so you can run the system yourself or anywhere you like. Running it with us is just an option for those who'd rather not deal with it.

Will it connect to our accounting and other tools?

Yes. We don't replace accounting, payroll or email – the system connects to them (e.g. QuickBooks, Xero), and to your online store, bank or carriers, as long as they offer an API or export.

Let's talk it through

Send us a few lines about how you work today and which tools you use. We'll get back to you and set up a 30-minute call – no strings attached.
