Development is charged at a rate per month of work. Smaller jobs take part of a month and cost proportionally less – we state the scope and price up front. Code and documentation are yours.
Do I have to host the system with you?
No. You can run it yourself or with anyone. If you'd rather not deal with it, we host and watch it for a monthly price including backups, updates and bug fixes.
Why doesn't the calculator account for growth?
To stay simple and honest. Per-user tools get more expensive with every hire, a custom system does not – that is an extra argument we do not put into the numbers.
